I found this thread that was posted on Feb 9, 2009 while browsing the MW design forums. I did not write this, I only post it here to pass the word along, and to remember this great designer and friend of the booms graphics.

This is a very sad day. Another fellow Masterworks member passed away. Cleveland A. Paige JR. Also known as: PMI, levelone, Pergio Maximus, and a few other names. He passed away at home on December 21 2008. Just right before Christmas time. It is definitely a sad thing to find out. PMI is one of my closest mates on the net. He was always there to help when needed or when i just wanted to chat. He was there. He is one of the best if not thee best Gfx Artist and Resourcer i know. No one will ever be better than him. I don't care what anyone says about that. But he was a good man despite what some may say. +mw.Hellraid heard of his death from athma. Which then Strangecandy(Meg) posted a screenshot of one of his family members saying R.I.P and giving details on when he passed. Took us a whole month and a half to find out about this. It's crazy how things go. This is the second person we have lost within the last few months. So it is breath taking. Specially with the reputation he has. He is known everywhere u see gfx and resources. I will continue with Masterworks and rise above it all to make Masterworks what PMI wanted it to be. So in the name of PMI. Rest In Peace mate. In case you don't know him, he is one of the most famous people in the graphics forum community. He is very skilled, and has helped thousands of people with his resources, tutorials, ect.
It's a shame he is gone, I never got to know him on a personal level, but he was a very kind person.

This is so sad. PMI was awesome. He got some shit from people every now and again, but he was a fantastic resourcer and artist. I remember having numerous chats with him on various forums.

in April 27th, 2008, I had an Aorta Anerysm of the Heart, and was placed in the Clinic/Hospital and had 7 surgeries. 2 of which involved the opening of my chest on 2 separate occasions. After 38 days of hospital stay and recovery, taking 33 pills a day, and finally going home for several days for recoup, I had to do ANOTHER 4 weeks Rehab (rehabilitation) to get my strength back.
