I tried somethings new for me, i'd like some comms to improve my webdesigns

First, pattern in the bg is whored for graphic websites and portfolios.
The cyan color throws the entire thing off, imo. Color scheme could be entirely redone. Here is a site that shows the most popular, user-friendly website color schemes: http://www.colorschemer.com/schemes/
The lights are cool, but I'd like to see if you could actually code the site this way. Website design includes coding, and compatible graphics for that coding, so just remember that.
The flash[?] images at the bottom are, again, cool, but, again, I'd like to see it actually work that way.
Overall, the entire thing seems a bit too small for me. Text, images, body...
Its a good design, I suppose, but needs fine-tuning. When making a site you have to keep in mind the kinds of people that will be viewing your site, and make sure that it is or will be user-friendly for everyone viewing it.
